ECLF through networking has grown and participated in various processes that have strengthened its capacity to engage constructively and meaningfully to track two and track one level peace processes.
The ECLF has worked nationally with the Organ for National Healing Reconciliation and Intergration (ONHRI) and its successor the National Peace and Reconciliation Commission (NPRC) in shaping and contributing to the national architecture for peace and reconciliation.
Other partners that the forum has worked with include the ACT Alliance-Zimbabwe forum, Church and civil society Forum (CCSF),Zimbabwe Council of Churches, and various peacebuilding organizations through the Community of Practice on Justice and peace.
ECLF participated and still participates in international platforms. It participated in the West African Network for Peace Building (WANEP) trainings. It is a member of the Global Partnership for the Prevention of Armed Conflict (GPPAC). It has also participated Global Action Against Mass Atrocity Crimes (GAAMAC), African Union and Southern Africa peace building programs. It also participated in the Peace Training in Europe and Beyond, among others.
Currently, ECLF is serving as the secretariat of the Southern Africa Partnership for the Prevention of Conflict (SAPPC), a regional network of peacebuilding institutions and this has enabled ECLF to reach out regionally and internationally on various peacebuilding initiatives.
