Rev Dr Sinenhlanhla S. Chisale is a Zimbabwean woman ordained in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Zimbabwe (ELCZ). She is an academic, life coach, leader and gender activist who holds a PhD in Practical Theology from University of South Africa; Master of Arts- Sociology (Cumulaude) from University of South Africa; Master of Theology and Development from University of Kwa-Zulu Natal and Diploma in Business Studies and Toursim (ICM). Before joining ECLF Chisale served in various universities in South Africa and Zimbabwe as an adminstrator and academic for above 13 years. She has published over 50 articles in local and international academic accredited journals, book chapters and has edited various books in the field of disability, gender, development, pastoral care and sociology.

Xolani is an accurate and performance driven individual who oversees financial functions within the organization. She is an effective communicator with well-developed analytical and time management skills and enjoys providing the required level of leadership and guidance to ensure that best practice always prevails. Her strengths are in meeting reporting deadlines with high levels of integrity. She has worked in the Not-for-Profit Space for over ten years and has gained extensive experience in financial reporting, budgeting and budgetary control, cash flow management, variance analysis, costing proposals, project appraisal, resource allocation, internal controls and procedures, financial reviews, and evaluation, internal, external and compliance audits. Xolani holds a Master’s in Business Administration and Honours in Accountancy Degree.

Pamhidzai Thaka is a self-motivated, flexible and an individual who can easily adapt to any situation. She is a professional with sound client/community relationship building skills supported by strong advocacy and lobbying skills which are important in assisting communities to establish the root causes of poverty and marginalisation in their communities and ways of addressing them. She is a highly skilled trainer and facilitator with great presentation skills in Peacebuilding (Conflict Prevention Management Resolution Transformation and Healing (CPMRTH), Dialogue, mediation, negotiation, and facilitation. Ms. Thaka has Regional and International experience in CPMRT. She ensures an integrated gender programme delivery, to enhance the protection of rights and needs of women and girls and men during the peace building process. Her work involves providing technical assistance on how to integrate gender concerns into the peacebuilding work to ensure the integration of gender in CPMRTH. The Gender Transformative Approach guides the processes of Gender Responsive CPMRTH. Pamhidzai Thaka is a holder of a Post Graduate Diploma in Development Studies, Bachelor of Education Degree in Educational Administration Planning and Policy Studies and Certificate in Education -Secondary.

His responsibilities include project implementation through working with other programmes team members with understanding the essential aspects of the project cycle for assigned projects including planning, implementation, and monitoring. He has excellent organisational skills, to plan the use of people and resources to meet deadlines.

Dorothy Tumbo is a motivated, responsible, and versatile development practitioner with over 15 years’ experience in project research, planning, development, and implementation. She is a forward-thinking individual with refined interpersonal and multi-tasking skills. Her experience borders on formative qualitative research, peace education in schools and communities, sexual reproductive health, and rights pogramming, behaviour change multi-media communication, materials development and writing, training, monitoring and evaluation, mainstreaming gender, translations, and social mobilisation. She has worked as a programme assistant in the UNV Zimbabwe Country Office, programmes officer with a Local NGO and as a consultant. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in Development Studies.

Margaret is a self-motivated, hardworking individual endowed with good processing, communication and public relations skills and 32 years of experience. Her skills enable her to work in a professional and competitive manner to achieve the organizational goals, enhance peace and can adjust to any situation like living in peace with the family and community at large. She is responsible for the daily accounting activities of the organization like journal entries, audit requests, accounts reconciliations and day today banking. She joined ECLF in 2008 as a volunteer and was employed as a fulltime employee from July 2011. She holds a Diploma in Accounting and Business studies from the Bulawayo Polytechnic College.

Victor Chikudzuri is a finance and accountancy professional having 12 years of experience, expertise, and knowledge in the field. Have worked for several institutions under FCMG and NGOs in the accounting departments dealing with accounts payables, accounts receivables and cashbook aspects. Holder of national certificate in Banking and Finance, IAC Certificate in Financial accounting, IAC certificate in Cost and management accounting, IAC Diploma in Purchasing and material management and currently studying a Degree in Accounting and Finance. Holds key competences such as team player, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, self-motivated and works under little or no supervision.

Bishop Lazarus Mpande Khanye of the Presbyterian Church of Africa leading the Zimbabwe Presbytery has been the Church Liaison Officer at the Ecumenical Church Leaders Forum since 2015. He served as a President of the Zimbabwe Council of Churches, an executive member of the ZHOCD, a Church unification advocate, activist, and a consultant in paralegal training. He was to become an ECLF Provincial Focal Person responsible for five provinces, Matabeleland North and South, Bulawayo, Midlands and Masvingo between 2010 and 2015, a facilitator and later the Church Liaison Officer. He trained at Christ Lamb Theological School in South Africa at Kwazulu Natal from 2001 to 2004 majoring in Theology. He has worked as a consultant in paralegal training since 2004.

He worked for Meikles Stores for more than eight years doing deliveries and collections including staff delivery. At ECLF he has worked as a driver cum logistics and staff delivery. He is an experienced and reliable driver with vast experience working in the transportation of goods and passengers. He is proficient in safe driving practices and traffic laws.

Nqobile is a Driver with over 23 years of Class 1 Driver’s experience who is now driving field vehicles at ECLF. He has worked as a driver with Lesley Enterprises moving orders and at Disha Marketing conducting deliveries and collections. He is adept in safe driving practices and traffic laws. He has worked at ECLF as a field driver doubling up as logistics personnel and running general office errands.
